2. Shipping Fees: Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over AED 250.​

3. Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.​
